Mark Llano and that Serket Racing team had an excellent weekend recently at the legendary Watkins Glen International. After a rainy qualifying session he placed an impressive 16th out of 32 and finished race 1 in 15th. For race 2 he qualified 14th and finished the weekend in 13th after holding down 11th place for some time. He also set a personal best time during the race proving that the former Marine has really made great strides in his rookie season.
The weekend at the Glen also honored our nation’s heroes with their Military and Veterans Appreciation event on on Sunday. Mark was able to meet one on one with hundreds of military fans and their families signing posters and posing for photographs. The veterans also got to see the MultiCam wrapped car up close and personal as it is a clear fan favorite. Serket racing’s message about supporting those that have given so much for their country is truly reaching far and wide.
